The Challenge

To increase traffic, visibility, and ultimately profits of a New York-based affordable fashion chain store.

Double Header sets itself apart from other fashion and accessory stores with its premiere product range, frequent deals, and affordable accessibility. Their effective business strategy has allowed them to expand into three shops in New York in eleven years — but while their presence in the city is a veritable success, their presence online needed some help. That’s why they came to WebEXPO.

The Process

Double Header wanted us to fully redesign their site so that their online success could match — even surpass — their in-store success.

We brought to the table our characteristic design skills that attracted them in the first place, building a new site from scratch and drawing from everything we know about ecommerce. We built the checkout system using our own platform, WebExCart, which we designed meticulously to enhance the user experience of online transactions. The results of our restructuring proved for everyone to be worth our efforts.

The Results

The new site not only met expectations, but completely shattered them. Following the launch of our redesign, the amount of orders on the site nearly doubled. Finally, Double Header’s online marketplace was up to the quality that their storefront has enjoyed for years.
