What you will do
- Create visual experiences and designs that effectively communicate
- Create digital, social media and printing materials for our clients
- Develop and refine brand guidelines, including logo design, color schemes, typography, and visual elements
- Maximize the creative potential of our products through constant research of market trends and best practices to better reflect brands and the professional, thoughtful experience we aim to build for our clients
- Be an active part of a cross-functional Strategy & writing team, collaborating with writers, designers, creative directors, and account leads to deliver high-quality work
- Work closely with UI/UX designers and other design specialists to make sure that user experience with the finished product will conform to the overall vision created
- Present and defend your design decisions
- Continually keep yourself and your design team updated with the latest changes in industry’s standards
Skills and Qualifications
- Expertise in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Figma (bonus)
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience of digital and print design requirements and best practices
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
- Passionate about design. You’re excited about using fonts, color, animation, illustration, iconography, and design systems to inspire, engage, and empower users
- Familiarity with user interface design (UI) is a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Documentation Management:
